The Winner confirms they are a resident of Nelson, New Zealand.

PRIZE DETAILS

The Winner acknowledges that the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organizer agrees to award The Winner with:

One bunch of freshly cut Dahlias from Flowers on Saturday.
One A4 Print from the below selection from the ’No Rain, No flowers Collection’ framed in a Black A3 frame.

NOTIFICATION & ACCEPTANCE

The Organizer will contact The Winner via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.

The Winner agrees to respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and The Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice. The Winner agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

WINNER OBLIGATIONS

As a condition of accepting the prize, the competition winner agrees to the following:

The winner must provide high-quality content (including but not limited to photos, videos, or written testimonials) once their prize has been received.
The winner agrees to post this content on their personal social media accounts within one week of redeeming the prize, and must tag the following accounts: @sarahryland_ @flowersonsaturday in each post.
The content provided and posted by the winner must be in good taste and align with the branding and values of Sarah Ryland and Flowers on Saturday. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The Winner’s personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without The Winner’s consent.
