2. Send your files over! (We can talk about the best option for how to send your RAW files). I will send back 10-20 samples for you to approve.

3. Feedback / Notes. Once you’ve approved, I’ll get started!

It’s important that we get this right! We want to ensure consistency across your entire catalogue, and make sure you’re 100% happy with the samples before we continue.

With the option for me to use your personal and unique presets, or any of the presets in my library, your images will absolutely shine!

The standard turnaround for any jobs under 100 files is 5 business days.

For larger jobs such as weddings, the turnaround is 10 business days.

During peak wedding season, turnaround may be extended. This is to ensure I can deliver the highest quality product possible. This will be discussed at the time of submission. That way, you have all the information to decide if it’s going to work for your busy schedule.

If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with a job you receive from me, please let me know right away! Once we determine the things I need to tweak, I will revise for you as fast as possible! This will usually be within a 24-48 hour time frame.
